Mike Brough

Mike has had a highly varied career working in Local Government, the Civil Service and as a Management Consultant in England and Wales – spending the last five years working on the Restoration of the Houses of Parliament, most recently as the Director for Programme and Assurance in the Sponsor Body for the programme.

Mike’s journey has taken him across sectors that include energy, housing and regeneration – working on some of the most novel and innovative programmes involving public sector collaboration, including the Cabinet Office One Public Estate programme, where he set up regional partnerships to deliver wholesale change to public service provision.

Following an early career as an engineer working on the iconic Boeing 747 and Concorde aircraft, Mike has lived in Bridgend for the last 20 years, and is looking forward to helping drive forward the many transformational programmes being delivered by CCR as we reshape our Region.
