Constitution

Our Constitution provides the framework within which we operate. It describes how decisions are made, who is responsible for making decisions and the procedures that are followed to ensure we are transparent, accountable and efficient.

The Constitution came into effect on the 18 March 2024 and is periodically reviewed and amended as necessary. The Monitoring Officer is responsible for keeping the Master Copy of the Constitution and updating it as required.
