Be part of Cardiff Capital Regions inaugural attendance at one of the largest shows in Wales.
Along with an exciting four-days of livestock and equine competitions, with entries travelling from far and wide to compete, the Royal Welsh Show has something to interest everyone through its wide range of activities including forestry, horticulture, crafts, countryside sports, shopping, food and drink and a 12-hour programme each day of exciting entertainment, attractions and displays. Cardiff Capital Region will have a stand at the show throughout the week.
The 2026 Royal Welsh Show will take place from Monday 20th – Thursday 23rd July.Â

Each year, Cardiff Capital Region (CCR) can be seen at flagship events in Wales, in the UK and internationally. 2026 was no different, but as an organisation, we decided to be a little bolder and make sure that our first two events of the year not only showcased what the region is all about, but it left a feeling of connection, of belonging, of wanting to know more about what we do, for all who attended. Â
