Our feedback scheme provides an opportunity for you to tell us what we do well, make suggestions for improvements and if, dissatisfied with a service, to make a complaint. All feedback received is reviewed and themes are scrutinised to identify where improvements are needed, and good practice is highlighted and shared across our organisation.
