Constitution

Our constitution provides the framework within which we operate. It describes how decisions are made, who is responsible for making decisions and the procedures that are followed to ensure we are transparent, accountable and efficient.

Assurance Framework

Our Assurance Framework sets out the arrangements that we have in place to ensure how public money is managed effectively. It explains how we identify, appraise and evaluate schemes to achieve value for money.

Complaints Procedure

We acknowledge that despite our best efforts sometimes things go wrong and when this happens we want to put things right. Our Complaints Policy explains what to do if you have a complaint or concern about our organisation or activities.

Annual Governance Statement

Our Annual Governance Statement represents an assessment of our governance arrangements, following the principles developed by the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA).
