Cardiff Capital Region (CCR) is recruiting for an independent member to join our Governance and Audit Sub-Committee. The Governance and Audit Sub-Committee has 15 members, including 10 councillors and 5 independent (lay) members.

The Governance and Audit Sub-Committee is a key component of CCR’s corporate governance and provides critical oversight over CCR’s decision-making, financial affairs, risk management, and corporate governance arrangements.

The Sub-Committee is an independent advisory committee to CCR which reviews and scrutinises the financial affairs, risk management, internal control, performance management and corporate governance arrangements of the CJC.
