CCR Graduate Scheme – Status Update

Status update as at June 2021

Implementation of Gradcore recommendation action plan and proposed timeline, aiming for a relaunch September 2021.
Business engagement activities (Business News Wales, GlobalWelsh, Natwest, local authorities) in accordance with comm’s plan.
Advertisement of roles and appointment of minimum 10 graduates to begin cohort 7 in April/May/June 2021.
Recruitment of new roles – Skills Coordinator and two graduate support officers.
Development of a targeted marketing campaign.
Stronger strategic relationships being developed with partnership and representative bodies.
