Status Update as at December 2021

Since the summer CCR and its Technical Advisors have been undertaking further due diligence regarding the provisional shortlist as agreed by Cabinet in March ’21. Preparation is underway for the next Cabinet meeting whereby CCR is hoping to achieve final approval for the provisional shortlist and for the next steps to be agreed.

£15m CCR investment helps deliver major new Cardiff office hub
