As part of the senior Executive Team, the postholder will play a leadership role in cultivating the
CJC’s governance, culture, processes and financial systems and targets, holding the important
statutory section 151 position. The role will lead a set of wide-ranging strategic and business
functions, which include:

Provide strategic leadership across all areas of covered by the role, ensuring strong financial
stewardship, organisational resilience and effect use of public funds.
