Sites and Premises Fund – Status Update

Status Update as at December 2021

Since its launch earlier this year, CCR and its Fund Advisors have been promoting the fund and engaging with stakeholders to identify opportunities. The Advisory Board have in principle approved one investment; this is subject to final diligence before contracts can be signed. It is anticipated that the investment will be confirmed early in the New Year.
